Our Zen Meditation Instruction (ZMI) class is held most Saturdays at 8:30am and includes an overview of our teaching lineage and an introduction to the essentials of zazen. Our Zen and Practice (ZAP) class meets once a month on a Saturday and comprises further meditation instruction and a primer on sesshins, ceremonies and sangha life at the Hazy Moon. Visit our Classes and Programs page for more information, including class schedules.
